Student Assistant to Millionaires for Humanity

Help us engage wealthy people from around the world to create a world without poverty

Human Act is on a mission to transform the global distribution of wealth towards a more equitable society. In 2021 we launched Millionaires for Humanity – a network of wealthy people from all over the world, who advocate for a 1% wealth tax upon themselves to help tackle poverty and inequality. A wealth tax is the simplest, fairest, and most effective way to collect billions of extra dollars each year to spend on fighting climate change and ending poverty. And millionaires around the world have a unique role to play in advocating for it.

As our new student assistant, you will have a range of diverse tasks related to finding and engaging wealthy people from around the world, including effective CRM processes and research into the wealthiest people on the globe. The common English term for wealthy people is High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

We offer a friendly and informal workplace where you will have the possibility to make a huge impact in the world and where you will have a high degree of responsibility. We also provide flexibility when it comes to your studies and exams.

These are some of the tasks for our assistant:

  • Primarily assisting with/owning the CRM process such as:
  • Creating efficient ways of reaching potential millionaires
  • Creative ideas as to how to engage and retain millionaires in the network
  • Generate brand awareness
  • Assist with GDPR compliance
  • Supporting with the creation and development of events (virtual and physical)
  • Supporting other various strategic projects within Millionaires for Humanity and Human Act
  • Various ad hoc tasks related to the advocacy for a wealth tax, including stakeholder mapping and trend analysis.

As an ideal candidate, you:

  • Are enrolled to a relevant Bachelor’s degree (probably within social sciences, business (BSc/HA) or the like) or have just started your first year of a Master’s degree
  • Preferably have experience with sales and CRM processes
  • Are passionate about reducing inequality in the world
  • Are analytical, well-organized and have an eye for details
  • Speak and write English fluently. Danish is also preferable.
  • Are able to work 10-15 hours a week

The position is located at our Copenhagen office, with great flexibility towards remote work. At the office you will meet 12 competent and inspiring colleagues from different functions within Human Act in an open, informal and fun environment.
